Red Oaks
Notes on the Project
The Pavilion at Red Oaks is a design-build project and represents the first completed phase of a larger development. It serves as an accessory structure to major renovations of an existing barn at Red Oaks, which was renovated and completed in fall 2025 and will serve as the primary venue for future weddings.
The Pavilion features structural scissor trusses made from reclaimed heart pine timbers, crafted on-site, along with reclaimed boxed posts and beams that conceal the steel support structure. A full masonry fireplace with propane ignition serves as a central gathering point.
Additional features include his-and-hers restrooms, integrated theater-quality sound, and a custom-built outdoor cooking and entertaining area.
